yourself and your friends
What are prayer beads? Prayer
beads are a beautiful way to remind yourself to spend time in prayer and meditation. They can also be called meditation beads
or reflection beads. Prayer beads are simply a tool to help you make a habit of being still and listening to your Inner Voice.

How
to select your beads:
You can choose to have a color theme, or organize your beads in any way that
is meaningful to you. This is simply a guideline to get you started. Let your own creativity direct you as you select the
beads that speak to you. The same goes for the spacer beads, which go in between all the beads except #13-15 (unless you choose
to use them there also).
Begin by putting a paperclip or some other kind of clip on one end of the
stretch cord. Select each bead in the order shown above and string it onto the cord, placing a spacer bead in between the
beads. When you have finished stringing all the beads as listed above, remove the clip and tie the ends of the cord together.
They must be pulled tight from both sides of the knot, then dabbed with super glue or clear polish. Let it dry completely
before clipping the ends back close to the last beads.
Use the guide below until you become familiar
with the meaning of each bead, or designate a new meaning that feels more appropriate. May you be blessed by the addition
of these beads to your prayer life. Enjoy! And feel free to pass this information on to your friends!
